Showcasing 9 years of experience in non-profits, 24 years of experience in theatre and 22 years of experience in leadership, Tina Radke is no stranger to taking the stage in many different roles. As the Executive Director of Kingsport Theatre Guild, Tina annually oversees approximately 400 volunteers, as well as the artistic and administrative side of productions, and the day-to-day operations of an ever-growing business and community icon.
Tina became an integral part of the Kingsport Theatre Guild in the Fall 2007, as a part time director for six years, before stepping into her role as Executive Director. Ever seeking ways to shine in different aspects, she additionally served as Children's Ministry Director at her church, which included being management to a volunteer staff of 45 and a writing curriculum, and also as the Arts Education Director for KingsportARTS; where she started the all-important arts inclusions of ART WE Talented, a Pre-K program that implemented the arts in the lives of children, and KEYPAD, which gave arts the access to teens. All of these wonderful accomplishments were in addition to also running the normal arts education program.
Tina received her B.S. in Theatre and Photography before acquiring her M. Ed. from Milligan College.
Tina, and her partner of 10 years, Brian Reeves, have two daughters, Tiffany (19) and Ashley (17). Brian is an ironworker and works inside Eastman for Jacob's. Tiffany is a freshman at Milligan College, runs track and is pursuing a career in nursing. Ashley is a senior at Sullivan South where she runs track and is a member of the colorguard. In her spare time, Tina enjoys reading, cooking and is currently learning to play golf.
Being a professional actress now, Tina has signed with Talent Trek, where she continues to showcase her talents and passions. Stepping up to the mic, she has also done many public speaking engagements as a guest speaker at various colleges. Tina has also served on several grant panels for the TN Arts Commission. She is also a standardized patient at ETSU with the Quillen College of Medicine and serves on the board of directors for the Northeast Tennessee Entertainment Alliance.
Tina can be seen from the audience to the stage to behind the scenes and beyond; but her presence is always known and her roles are always ovation worthy
